Four Beardsley and Piper automatic molding machines are capable of producing nearly 4000 molds per shift. Flask sizes of 20" X 26" and 16" X 20" are used. Castings run on the foundry's automatic molding equipment typically weigh between 1 and 75 pounds.

Semi-automatic and manual molding stations provide flexibility for low-volume and special-handling jobs. Flask sizes up to 26" X 36" can be utilized to produce castings weighing up to approximately 200 pounds.
