Bell Foundry installed two new vertical four-axis CNC machining centers in May 2002. With table reaches of 20" x 40" and vertical travel of 15" the foundry can machine a wide range of medium-sized aluminum and iron castings.  Other in house machining capabilities include milling, boring, slotting, drilling, and tapping operations. An environmentally approved water-based dip paint line is on site. A complete range of heat treatment, sourced among several nearby facilities, is provided. Additionally, long term relationships with local machine shops can be called upon to provide even the most closely toleranced, fully finished parts. |
