MELTING
Multiple Thermostatically Controlled 900 lb. gas-fired crucible furnaces. Each melt heat lot is tested on an in-house spectrograph. The foundry's furnaces are environmentally permitted for most commercial grades of aluminum in the 300, 400 and 700 series of alloys.
PATTERN SHOP
From design concept, engineering drawings or a replication of an existing part, our in-house pattern makers can provide you with patterns, tooling and core boxes. We will also design all gates, runners and risers.
MACHINING
In-house machining capability includes milling, boring, slotting, drilling and tapping operations. A complete range of heat treatment and surface finishing, sourced among several nearby facilities, is provided.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
A modern sand recovery, processing and delivery system supplies all molding stations. The quality of the foundry's green sand and all core sands is continually checked using chemical analysis and physical property test methods. Hardness, metallographic dye and penetrant examinations of the finished castings are routinely performed in-house. When further testing is required we contract with several local certified labs.
